These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MesGora mobile application and the website at mesgora.com (together, the "Service"), operated by MetroJournal Online LLP ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using MesGora, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What MesGora is

MesGora is a personal productivity tool that schedules and sends messages on your behalf through messaging apps you already have installed (WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business). It uses Android's Accessibility Service to open the messaging app and tap Send for you at the time you choose. MesGora is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Service. By using MesGora you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You are solely responsible for the messages you schedule and the recipients you choose. You agree that you will not use MesGora to:

• send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content to people who have not consented to hear from you;
• send unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harassing, hateful, or misleading content;
• violate the terms of service of WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business, or any third-party platform;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

Sending high volumes of messages from a personal number may cause that number to be rate-limited or banned by WhatsApp. You accept this risk. We are not responsible for any restriction, suspension, or ban of your messaging account.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

Some features require an account and an active subscription. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Subscription plans, prices, and inclusions are shown on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider (Razorpay). We do not store your full card or banking details. By subscribing you also agree to the payment provider's terms.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that every scheduled message will be delivered, that delivery will be on time, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Delivery depends on your device, your network, Android's behaviour, and the third-party messaging app.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or messaging-account access, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and delete the app at any time.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
